UK delivery options

The delivery options currently available at checkout are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £5.00, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery — £10.00 for orders from £0.00 to £299.99.

Free Royal Mail Special Delivery — available for orders of £300.00 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

The delivery options shown at checkout depend on the order and delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be provided after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of the dispatch notification, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or not as described. Keep the item and its packaging while we investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
