Shipping policy
DELIVERY
For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your order within 1-2 working days. Where it is not possible to meet these timescales, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. Our shipment method is via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day delivery service (working days). Orders given on a Friday will usually be delivered guaranteed on Monday. However, some orders could be delivered on Saturday which is depends on Royal Mail.
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from receipt of your dispatch email, please contact one of our team straightaway. We need to be made aware of the missing parcel within 14 days of the dispatch email to be able to investigate it and claim compensation for it where necessary.
If you receive your parcel and you believe it has something missing or is damaged please contact one of our team immediately to allow us to investigate further. You need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and please retain all packaging.
Any notifications outside of the time periods mentioned above will mean that we are unable to make a thorough investigation and any claim against us for the lost item will be rejected.
At Karina's Diamond Ltd we do not give Refunds but we offer you the option to exchange or a credit will be issued for the price of the items purchased. Goods purchased from Karina's Diamond Ltd may be returned for an EXCHANGE within 7 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons , Earrings purchased from Karina's Diamond Ltd are not exchangeable. Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders, etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Karina's Diamond Ltd, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
